The dayton courier has reported that senior citizens, age 62 or more, may be eligible for grants.
Requirements -
Household income up to 27863$
liquid assets - less than 150000$
assessed value of the residence - less than 200000$
Property owned - less than 30000$
The refund - $5 to $500 , mailed between July 15 and Sept. 30
